Class will be a blend of yoga, active isolated stretching & strengthening, relaxation & breathing techniques! Learn simple exercises to practice anywhere. Naturally free your body from stress & tension and breathe more deeply! All levels & ages welcome! Wear comfortable clothes & bring a mat if you have one.
